Question: Mom selling house i dont want her to?

My mom is gonna try and sell our house. She is about to put it on the market and I dont wanna move. The house is old but beautiful and in great shape except the heating and air conditioner needs replacing and all the pipes under the house need replacing because they could go at any minute. Those two things are the 2 reasons were are selling the house because we cant afford a new heat and air system, and new pipes under the house. But i love this house with a passion and so does my mom. what can we do to have to keep from moving. the heat and air need to be replaced soon and so do the pipes but we cant afford to replace them, so what else can we do about it besides moving. Its the best house we could ever get and we wouldnt ever have a house as nice as this one.Well we had a leak in one of the pipes and when the plumber put in a new pipe another pipe would spring a leak and it would keep springing leaks when he put a new pipe. and then the plumber finally got the leaks to stop and he said all the piped need replacing and they could go at any minute.

Since I don't know how old you are, I am going to assume that you are young and inexperienced. Replacing the pipes could be a daunting job,although it isn't the hardest job in the world. I could talk you through the most of it. The heating/ ac is a whole other story. Unless your Mother can afford an extra monthly payment , which many heat/ air companies offer nowdays, I really don't know what to say. I'm sorry for the both of you. It's a hard choice to make, so please stand by your Mother. She is doing the best that she can,

Do a fundraiser Sell some old toys Or valuable ornaments and put the money torwards the house

Selling the house is not going to solve the problem. If a Home Inspector is involved, he will note the problems and your Mom will need to fix them before the sale or knock off enough from the selling price to fix them. Mom will be required to sign a disclosure stating any problems she knows of with the house. If she lies, she can be sued later for the repair costs. I would start looking for family or friends that will do repairs for lower costs.
