Question: Going to sell house, need advice?

Me and my husband have a single story house on a slab foundation, and the air ducts used to be in the floor. We had to get them all redone and ran through the attic a few years ago, and they poured concrete inside the old holes. It hasn't really bothered us much because our furniture covers it, but now we might need to sell house in the next few months. Our carpet is in fairly good condition, and I was hoping to not have to replace all of it throughout the house just because of those small holes. I've thought about buying some new vent covers to place over the holes, and maybe the potential buyer won't notice that there are vent covers in the ceiling and the floor, lol. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hey there i would recommend to replace the carpet. if your selling your house theres nothing like the smell of fresh new carpet obviously an outlay but consider this in the sale price. if you dont recarpet ---------------------------- don't cover things(vent covers) be honest about it leave them how they are so the prospect buyer ,can see you never know as they might have ideas for differant type of floorng or colour of carpet. good luck in your sale

You are trying to be deceptive. When you sign the sales agreement, you will be required to fill out a Disclosure notice. Since the prior ductwork was terminated, you must list this.
